Whether it’s learning to manage big emotions, cope with anxiety or stress, build confidence, navigate relationships, or work through difficult experiences, psychotherapy aims to help children better understand their thoughts and feelings and develop skills that support their well-being at home, school, and in everyday life.

Oaknine Healthcare provides psychotherapy for children and teens ages 2–18, with support shaped around their strengths, needs, and goals.

We offer in-home psychotherapy in major hubs across Ontario, with virtual services available throughout the province.

By coming directly to the home, we help families avoid travel time, long waitlists, and the stress of fitting appointments into busy days. Sessions take place in familiar spaces, where children often feel more comfortable and can practice skills that naturally carry into daily life.

Psychotherapy services are eligible for OAP funding and may be covered by private health insurance plans.
